Steven D. Isser earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and graduated in 1993, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.

For the next 10 years Mr. Isser established strong expertise in commercial litigation as an associate with three of the nation’s most prestigious law firms. He specialized in product liability and mass tort litigation for three years as a litigation associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom; broadened his practice to include commercial litigation after joining the New York Office of Dechert Price & Rhoads, and in 1999 began working for Jay Goldberg, PC, a high-profile trial practice.  He left Jay Goldberg, PC in 2003, to form the Law Offices of Steven D. Isser.

The Law Offices of Steven D. Isser specializes in complex commercial litigation and provides clients with creative, zealous and effective representation.  Because of Mr. Isser’s extensive trial experience, the firm conducts pre-trial discovery based on its trial strategy.  As a result, the firm is not only able to achieve success in front of the jury, but also is able to develop the case in a manner that puts the client in a significantly stronger position during settlement negotiations and motion practice. 

In addition to commercial litigation, Mr. Isser has provided corporate advice, has represented clients in the negotiation of transactions, has provided advice concerning corporate governance and regulatory issues, and can form and register limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations.  He also has experience in real estate matters, including residential closings.
